LoTT is a Leadership Training course that engages user groups to collaborate and view group progress, while giving the user a chance to learn and aspire in their own personal journey of leadership. LoTT contains a main repository of information and a group repositories, to share documents within groups.
The project started as a thick folder of printouts and quickly became a sorted, annotated stack, that led to the final product. Liferay is the framework of LoTT. Liferay is a robust, community-driven hierarchical CMS, based in Java.
